Where can I find a toy for an infant that lights up but, doesn't make noise?

McNulty25

We have one of those wands that has the diodes that light up & spin when you press the button but, it even makes a 'whirring' noise. My son is visually impaired & I need to know that he's responding to the light and not the noise. The only way to know for sure is if the toy doesn't make noise. TIA for your help :)

I would recommend a bear or other plush toy from the GloE line. They include polar bears, teddy bears, monkeys, etc. They light up in multiple colors, changing colors, without sounds of any kinds. Some have wands that go with them that also light up in multiple colors (the wands don't make noise either). Other than that, a Glow Worm comes to mind.

i have a project due tomorrow, and what kind of toys should you give to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, and why?? DX please help!!! it was due yesterday so i'm already getting a 90!!!

Answer
Toys that are "age appropriate", because of choking hazards, etc.

For infants, anything that plays music or lights up is great! Think Glow-worm...

For toddlers, the Fisher Price Learn and Play Puppy is great! The toddlers (and infants) will enjoy the mixture of singing with learning.

For preschoolers, anything that they can learn and have activity to burn off excess energy, like the Fisher Price Go, Baby, Go Zebra Bouncer
